Security cameras
How many cameras does a home or shop need?
Usually 2–4 cameras for a home (gate, yard, entrance) and 4–6 for a small shop (entrance, till, sales floor, storeroom). We'll confirm the exact number after an assessment.
Which is better: an IP camera or an analogue one?
IP cameras give a sharper picture, take power and signal over a single cable (PoE) and are easy to expand. Analogue (AHD/TVI) is cheaper. For a new system we usually recommend IP.
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. Once the recorder is online, the phone app shows live video and recordings from anywhere. We'll install and set up the app for you.
How many days of recordings are kept?
It depends on the disk size and the number of cameras. For example, four 2 MP cameras and a 1 TB disk give about 2 weeks. When the disk is full, the oldest recordings are overwritten automatically.
I forgot my recorder's password. What should I do?
Don't throw the device away — the password can be recovered or reset to factory settings. In most cases your old recordings are kept.
Can the camera see at night?
Yes. Cameras with infrared give a black-and-white picture up to 20–30 metres at night. There are also models that show colour even at night.
Internet & Wi-Fi
Why is my Wi-Fi slow?
Common causes: the router sits in a corner, thick walls, too many connected devices or an outdated router. Often just moving the router and reconfiguring it helps.
Wi-Fi doesn't reach every room. What can I do?
Instead of a repeater, a mesh system or an extra wired access point is better — the connection doesn't drop as you move from room to room.
What is MikroTik and do I need it?
It's a professional router: two internet providers, a separate guest Wi-Fi, speed limits, VPN between branches. Great for offices, shops and hotels; not essential for an ordinary flat.
Websites and Telegram bots
How long does a website take?
A landing page (one-page site) takes 5–10 days; a company website with several sections takes 2–4 weeks. Timing also depends on how quickly the texts and photos are ready.
What can a Telegram bot do?
It takes orders and enquiries, shows your product catalogue, accepts payments, sends notifications to customers and keeps a customer list — all automatically.
Are the domain and hosting paid separately?
Yes, the domain (e.g. yourname.uz) and hosting are paid separately, once a year. We'll help you choose and connect them.
AI and automation
How is an AI bot different from a regular bot?
A regular bot only works with buttons. An AI bot understands questions written in the customer's own words and answers in Uzbek or Russian, based on your prices and services.
Won't the AI give customers wrong answers?
The bot is set up to answer only from your information and hands anything it doesn't know to a staff member. We test it together before launch.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, there is a small monthly fee for the AI service — it depends on the number of messages. We'll estimate it in advance.
What can be automated?
Anything you repeat every day: logging orders in a spreadsheet, preparing reports, reminders to customers, forwarding website enquiries to Telegram.
Video editing
How long does editing take?
Reels or a short ad take 1–2 days; wedding and event videos take 1–2 weeks. Rush jobs are possible too — just agree in advance.
What should I prepare for editing?
All the raw footage, your logo and music (if any), and an example video you like — that way the result will be exactly what you expect.
What is colour grading?
It's professional colour work on video: consistent colour across shots, natural skin tones and a beautiful mood. Even phone footage looks far more expensive.
